This 3-way Ram sled develops all muscle groups from the lower back and down, including hips thighs and calves.
• 4 start-stop locations to accommodate various height users and ensure user safety
• The 85 lb. carriage glides smoothly at a 45 degree angle on 6 precision ball bearing wheels
• Constructed of 2" and 4" square heavy wall steel tubing 
• Pads are constructed of 1-1/4" high density foam covered with 40 oz. marine grade vinyl
• Adjustable backrest / footrest to ensure proper angle for different exercises
• Equipped with safety catches that can be engaged by user from any position
• 4 separate weight storage horns. Weights sold separately
• Black powder coat finish.  Pads available in Gray or Black
